Vendor Management, shall be:
Inventory to be managed, min/max levels, are determined by the purchaser and a representative.
Inventory to be restocked is determined by a Glover representative, providing a blanket PO by the purchaser.
Inventory is to be packaged, delivered, put away and simple period cleanup by a Glover representative.
Orders that require pre-approval before proceeding is not considered vendor management, as this method slows the process. In order for vendor management to remain sustainable, trust is needed to perform the duties with a blanket PO.
Inventory Plan, shall be:
One diameter per row. i.e. 1/4" on one level, 5/16" on the next, followed by 3/8". If one diameter needs 1-1/2 rows, the next diameter will be placed on the next row. This allows for easy locating and growth.
If there is room for nuts/washers on the same row as the bolts, ok, otherwise nuts/washers to be placed on their own row, allows for growth.
Based on this, a quote with 40 items may require a 72 hole bin instead of a 40 hole bin.
Service & Fees by Region Due to labour and fuel costs, R. E. Glover Ltd. will bill customers, who receive vendor management, a service fee based on their region. If a subtotal surpasses the subtotal minimum, as set forth below, the service fee is to be waived.
